Is There a Meaning to Look For?
Is There a Meaning to Look For?
This is about science, and emotions. About what is empirical and what is untouchable. A sort of rendezvous between two elements which don’t create any compound. I like to think of myself as a chemical expert; I love this title I gained when graduating... We call ourselves so and “abide” by that...it’s a sort of teaching which when you drink a glass of Coke makes you wonder how much phosphoric acid you’re swallowing and, when you’re jogging, makes you laugh about the fact that you’re spending ATP and will have to regain that in some way, even if just ironically; it changes your perception of reality. I love all of this, I love knowing this little bit about how we and the world works. However, many persons who dived in this scientific sea of all, kind of lost their faith or better, they lost the imagination: with this, I mean they stopped believing in some things and embraced new ideals... I guess that’s to be expected, as I myself, lost something when looking at the world; it we compare it to a starlit night, I could say that some supernovas exploded million years ago and now, their light disappeared from my sight. But see, I managed to get a hold of this...that is because I don’t want to see the sensation of “magic” circling us all like a lifestream disappear. I always loved the idea of learning more about everything, also because I’m so easy at learning without effort: but I didn’t and don’t want to lose my creativity, or my desire to believe in things which are untouchable. The scientific part of me analyses them (also because, after reading Death Note, this part of me is stronger and smarter), but the one which swallow my ideas is the other part, free from all my beloved chemistry and such. Others just can’t break free from it anymore...and, even if I know few things about this universe, I have friends who are like that. And many famous scientists and “chemics” all over the world are too: they can’t believe in anything which is not scientifically proved, because that is their kind of world...they live circled by things that are all proven and which they can touch with their know-it-all fingers to experiment. In the end they forgot what it was so fascinating about everything around us: and it’s sad, I reckon... they don’t see the meaning of those. But this is my thinking: that’s because they search for the meaning of everything, that they don’t find one in poetry, or fiction, or fantasy books and romantic movies, or in love and hate, regret and shame, pride and neglect... They keep searching for the chemical structure of this compound, believing that there must be one somewhere, be it primitive or complex. I say this: love, affection, romance, thoughtfulness, all these and more of the emotions written through poetry or prose...aren’t needing a meaning at all. If they could see such an answer, they could balance their longing for a reason in everything, and the acceptance of the fact that not always, when it comes to human hearts, there is one.

The mirror:
It reflects, every act that I caused.Reflects the expressions of my face.It reflects, every move that I ago.For example, a person may be reflected in their actions. So beautiful, or that are egregious. No matter what they do.Whenever their actions are reflected in it.That could kill or save yours.

Had you ever......had someone that you loved, and thought about everyday, but let that person slip away anyways?...had a feeling you couldnt explain? It lifted you up or brought you down, a feeling of a grassy plain on a warm summer day, or the feeling of being enveloped in rain. ...decided you hated someone in your family, even though it wasnt true. I guess you knew you could decive you....wanted a better day, but knew it wouldnt happen so you pray....wished upon a star that some one so far away would be there with you wishing with you. I do dont you?If you ever...felt the love that was felt by me....you'd know these strange things

We all need someone
To talk to in our life,
A friend to whom we run
In times of stress or strife
A friend who's always there
Throughout the years,
A friend we know will care
And take away our fears.
A friend who's always near,
Waiting for our call,
To wipe away our tears,
And lift us when we fall.
A loving friend indeed,
On whom we can depend
To fulfill our every need -
Thank you, precious friend
